To overcome the barriers women face, together.
Women’s participation in economic life is about much more than finding a job.
Care responsibilities, informal employment, limited access to capital and information, invisible and unpaid labor, inequalities in the workplace, and a lack of social support networks are just some of the factors that shape women’s economic lives.
At KEP, we see these challenges as interconnected and address them through a holistic approach.
